Investigators alleged Roman used restricted law-enforcement databases for personal purposes after meeting a woman while working security on the set of the Apple TV+ series Bad Monkey. He allegedly added her license plate to a hotlist in Turing's Guardian ALPR system, received a location alert, sped to intercept her, nearly caused a head-on collision, and stopped her without a legitimate law-enforcement reason.
