Evidence, provenance, and accurate status come before speed or speculation.

Cases are included when sourced reporting or official records describe alleged misuse of Flock Safety or other ALPR systems by an authorized user.
Government releases, court records, arrest records, and agency statements are preferred whenever available.
Arrest does not equal conviction. Cases remain in allegation-focused language unless later dispositions support stronger statements.
Unknown information is left unknown rather than guessed, and older statuses remain visible through case events.

ALPR Abuse Archive is currently focused on misuse of automated license plate surveillance.
Related technologies may appear in the case record when credible reporting documents them, but this site is not yet a general surveillance-abuse archive.
