Fort Pierce Police say former Officer Josepher Crutchfield repeatedly accessed Flock Safety and other restricted law-enforcement databases without a legitimate police purpose. Investigators found 382 Flock searches of a vehicle registered to his former girlfriend between October 2025 and July 2026, with most searches made while he was off duty. Police also identified searches involving her through FCIC/NCIC, DAVID and TLO.
